Extremely rude staff, specially the administration, Ilona is unprofessional and has no knowledge about customer service at all!!! they forgot our kids more than two times at school and the school called as after one hour asking why nobody picked them up, when I called the BSO to ask why they told me that the person in charge though that her colleague picked them up and the later thought that the other colleague picked them up! no communication between them, I took my kids immediately out of this BSO as I cannot trust them anymore!
