Nannys at this location were nice and helpful but the company has staff shortages nowadays (meaning they close groups or merge similar groups). This does not really sound OK and when you decide to cancel the contract because of this problem, they still charge you for the future months that they dont even know if they have the right people for future. They are not ready to fulfill their obligations but still willing to charge fees!! Be careful before engaging; it can be very difficult to re-arrange everything for your child…
