I would like to share my experience with this BSO. Both my kids were registered there for about 8 months, in less than 6 months they forgot to pick up my kids from school THREE times, the third time was last week, when I was angry and called them seeking explanation, they didn't like it and were very rude and aggressive even though it was their mistake and they confirmed it! The Administration person Ilona is unprofessional and unfriendly, I haven't seen in my whole life such a person even if I was talking to a robot I would have received a better and more human answer than from her! she literally told me we cannot offer any extra days for your children as I requested that before the last accident and her reason was that more days means more mistakes from our side and every time we make a mistake you search for a compensation and we are not willing to offer anything. Moreover, they are not engaged with the children and every time I go to pick up my kids I see the kids playing and the staff having their own conversation and they don't even pay attention or know what is going on with the kids.
